We chose three of our most popular and versatile live, unpasteurized vinegars to create an original gift box that will come in handy in any kitchen.
The gift box contains live apple cider vinegar, live raspberry vinegar and live blackcurrant vinegar, 250 ml of each flavour, packed in fragrant hand-mowed hay, an environmentally friendly box, tied with string and sealing wax.
Live Apple Cider Vinegar – 250 ml
Our apple cider vinegar is made from the perfect combination of traditional apple varieties, both sweet and tart, to naturally achieve the desired level of sweetness and acidity. Apple cider vinegar is made only from pure, fresh apple juice from the orchards in the Dunajec River Valley in Southern Poland. Nothing is added, no sugar, no water. Our apple cider vinegar requires time to go through a complex two-step process of natural fermentation and oxygenation until it reaches the ideal degree of acidity. The whole process takes several months. Our production is based on traditional methods and recipes used in the United States, Cornwall and Normandy. Apple cider vinegar has a fresh apple aroma and a delicate golden hue.
Taste Undeniably apple, sweet.

Live Raspberry Vinegar – 250 ml
For the production of our live raspberry vinegar, we use the traditional Polish fruit variety "Polana" with the addition of the exceptionally sweet “Polesie". In late summer, because only then do raspberries growing in the mountainous areas of the Dunajec Valley in Southern Poland achieve peak ripeness and taste, they are hand-harvested and pressed, after which they undergo a long, two-stage fermentation, using the traditional Orleans method. After many months of aging the vinegar acquires a clear, rich, red colour and an intense raspberry fragrance.
Sweet, unmistakably raspberry.

Live Blackcurrant Vinegar – 250 ml
Old fashioned blackcurrant bushes are still plentiful on the sunny slopes of the Dunajec River Valley in Southern Poland. In midsummer these are hand harvested and pressed, after which they undergo a long, two-stage fermentation, using the traditional Orleans method. Blackcurrant vinegar requires a minimum of 2 years to clarify to a rich, deepest red colour and allow its complex bouquet of flavours to meld and mellow.
Robust, peppery, intensely fruity.

Store tightly corked in a cool, dark place. The vinegar may be kept in the fridge, but this is not required for its safe storage.
Our living vinegar contains a culture of acetic bacteria which can cause the formation of a "mother of vinegar". This is a natural, safe and healthy process. If a mother forms in your vinegar, you can simply strain it out before use.
