Every variety of Octovnia’s living vinegar has a beneficial effect on gut health, boosts immunity and improves well-being. Live (unpasteurized) apple cider vinegar is the world's most popular vinegar used for health purposes. According to legend, Four Thieves Vinegar was first formulated and used by robbers in the 18th century, during the Great Plague of Marseille. They plundered the property of the plague victims, but never fell ill themselves. This vinegar is particularly recommended in the autumn and winter months, to boost immunity. Ps. For health, we especially recommend vinegars from wild fruits and flowers such elderberry, hawthorn, rosehip, sloe, bird cherry, rowan berry, elderflower, dandelion or hibiscus.

How to use live vinegar?
Drink 10 ml of vinegar a day in a small glass of water. Use it to make your own health “shots” by adding ginger, turmeric, goji berries or cranberries. Add to smoothies made with fresh fruit and vegetables instead of lemon or lime juice.
